How long until we see something?
You get a written recommendation within a few days of the discovery. The first live process is typically four to eight weeks.
Where will our data be?
Wherever you want it. By default on your own server, behind the firewall. In a regulated industry that is not an option but a requirement — which is why we work this way to begin with.
What happens when it breaks?
We start fixing it within the agreed response time and report back. At the top tier that is two hours during working hours, with a named engineer and a deputy.
Do we have to commit to a big project?
No. It starts at HUF 22,000 and fifty minutes, and you can stop there. Every further step is a separate decision.
How much will we save?
